Who should we trust when we want to know what the top companies for women executives are? Why, the National Association of Female Executives. Luckily for us, NAFE just released its list of the top companies for female execs. Let’s have a look at the top ten, shall we?

A woman was the CEO there, until she retired in December and got a huge payout.

As of last month, Virginia Rometty is in charge. And as of last week, she just got her salary doubled!

They may have done some unpopular things recently, but it's still a good place for ladies to rule at the top. And this woman is basically running the show.

Without them, you might not have WiFi.

7.General Mills

So much cereal! And there's a big focus on mentoring.

8.KPMG

One of the big four auditors. The only one to make the list.

9.Prudential Financial

Insurance, mutual funds, retirmenent -- lots of important stuff you don't want to think about so often.

10.State Farm

Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there. To buy insurance from!
