We Asked, The Internet Answered: The VP Debate Drinking Game That Will Make Your Night

On Tuesday, we sparred over whether we thought Paul Ryan or Joe Biden would come out on top in Thursday’s debate. Then, because our priorities are definitely in order, we put together our very own vice-presidential drinking game. Highlights included drinking for mentions of Amtrak and “the 47%.”
As it turns out, we were not the only ones who staked our VP drinking game on those possibilities. Nerdwallet put together a “VP Debate Boxing Match,” and I don’t think it’s a stretch to wonder if they were reading our minds. Check it out, but use with caution (their version includes shots!). We think this drinking game pairs well with either a local microbrew from a swing state, a corporate domestic tallboy, red wine for any elitists in the room, and a general sense of malaise and disappointment.
