I don’t know about you, but I’m spending this entire evening watching the 24-hour marathon of “A Christmas Story.” It doesn’t get much better than that on Christmas Eve, but the ’80s comedy is far from the only holiday flick people adore. A new infographic reveals that the 2000 flick, “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” made the most amount of money an Xmas film has ever brought in since 1980. The Jim Carrey movie brought in $464 million, followed by “A Christmas Carol” and “The Polar Express.” This list would be nothing without “Elf,” which earned $277 million at the box office. Some other top flicks were “Christmas with the Kranks,” “Bad Santa,” and “Fred Claus.” Check out the full inforgraphic, put together by Slashed.com and Confused.com, to see which of your fave Christmas flicks thrived in theaters.
