Woman Publicly Killed By Taliban For Accused Adultery

A woman was reportedly shot dead by a member of the Taliban in a horrific act of retribution for her alleged adultery. Shockingly, Reuters managed to obtain the entire execution on film, in a short video which shows a kneeling woman shot five times in the head.
The woman, who was executed before a “cheering” crowd of around 150 men, was executed in Kabul by a male Taliban member, according to Reuters. In the obtained footage of the event, and as the shooter got closer to the woman, another man can be heard saying, “Allah warns us not to get close to adultery because it’s the wrong way. It is the order of Allah that she be executed.”
If anything, it makes me relieved I do not live there.
