Female Business Leaders “More Benevolent” Than Men

Here’s another reason the world might be a brighter place with more women in charge: We’re more benevolent.
This is according to a new report from the journal of Management Science, which surveyed upwards of 600 CEOs and board members in Switzerland to answer a fundamental question about women, men and business: “Does Gender Matter?”
Their findings, unsurprisingly, showed that yes it matters quite a bit.
Women and male company directors differed not only from the rest of the population, but also differed from one another:
How, exactly, one measures benevolence is anyone’s guess. But now one study says we’re nicer! You’re welcome, boardrooms.
