Score: Women Are Crushing It On Voter Turnout [Infographic]

Are you part of a demographic that’s lagging in voting activity? Then it may be time to pick up the slack.

A new report on who votes in the U.S. reveals some surprising statistics — particularly about (oopsie) younger voters.

The new infographic from Column Five shows that voters ages 18 to 24 and 25 to 34 have the lowest rates of turnout, with just 48.5 percent and 57 percent, respectively, casting a ballot in 2008. The good news for ladies, however, is that we continue to show high levels of involvement in voting. Nearly 66 percent of women cast a ballot in 2008, compared to 61.5 percent of men. Keep it going, ladies.

Yet if men voted at a higher percentage than women, you would cry sexism.

That’s why I don’t take feminism seriously. They claim to be for equality, but what they are really for is female superiority.
