Who needs office camaraderie when you can work from home in a pair of sweats? Working from home is not only easier than commuting, but healthier, according to a new infographic, which states that people who travel to work have greater BMIs, blood pressure, waist circumferences, and stress levels.
Working from home also reportedly decreases employee stress levels by 25 percent, and eight in ten telecommuters report feeling like they have a good work-life balance. It also reduces greenhouse gas emissions. I could go on and n forever, but I’ll spare you my words and just allow you to check out the full infographic below.
